- Troubleshoot IT problems using Standard Operating Procedures and previous training
- Provide exceptional user support for Windows, Android, Office, Hardware, and Network issues (in-person and remotely)
- Manage desktop/laptop support, asset preparation, and onboarding for new users
- Handle ticket management, service requests, and infrastructure changes
- Deploy new equipment, including racking, patching, cabling, labeling, and configuration
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and escalate requests as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset status (ServiceNow)
