• Ticket handling - Obtaining basic information from users
• Basic troubleshooting of network-related incidents
• Working with LAN, WAN technologies, TCP/IP, STP, Wireless, Load Balancing
• Communication with the customer on a professional level
• Cooperation with team members and other support teams

Personality assumptions and skills

• CCNA knowledge is a must (certification is nice to have)
• Good knowledge of English and Slovak (written, spoken, reading and technical)
• Good communication skills
• Global customer mindset and flexibility
• Teamwork oriented
