As a SAP Consultant / Solution Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing solutions for the most complex tasks related to SAP systems and applications.

• Provide 3rd level support, solve complex problems, and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams or vendors.

• Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.

• Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, and review complex changes in a controlled manner or escalate to higher authority when necessary.

• Identify weaknesses in existing processes and eliminate them by following industry and internal standards.

• Create, review, and maintain complex technical documentation and procedures to support IT services.

• Provide expert advice, consultancy, and support to internal and external customers, as well as management.

• Report and regularly communicate with project stakeholders and/or customers.

• Deliver services/solutions in agreed quality and quantity according to agreed requirements, contracts, and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in Solution Designs and Architecture activities for SAP systems and applications.

• Serve as a technical lead to ensure the delivery of services and solutions.

• Develop and deliver effective training plans and concepts to train other employees and ensure their fulfillment.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ICT System Engineering and Information Technologies.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Hold at least two advanced certificates related to SAP or Cloud technologies.

• Advanced soft skills, including communication, analytical thinking, team cooperation, training and mentoring, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.

• Expert knowledge of core SAP platforms and advanced knowledge of related platforms (Cloud, Databases, Linux).

• Good skills and knowledge of ITIL processes and Project Management methodologies.

• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), with German language skills being an advantage (Intermediate B1 level).

• Expertise in areas such as SAP, Analysis, HANA, Sybase, Databases, ServiceNow, FCI, Migrations, and SAP Basis.
